1. Entertainment only

LarpMax products are provided strictly for entertainment, novelty and role-play purposes. Nothing on this site is a real financial product, banking service, or payment instrument. No real money moves. No real accounts are opened.

2. Prohibited use

You must not use LarpMax to defraud, deceive, or induce reliance from any third party — including but not limited to presenting generated screens or receipts as evidence of a real payment, settlement, or balance. You are solely responsible for how you use the product and any consequences that follow.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use LarpMax.

4. Licence

Purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the app for the tier you paid for. You may not share your access key, PIN, or account.

5. Refunds

Because access is delivered digitally and immediately, purchases are non-refundable once access has been provided.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that digital access is provided immediately after payment and that you are purchasing a digital product for entertainment purposes.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LarpMax and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any misuse of the product by you or a third party.

8. Termination

We may suspend or revoke access for any breach of these terms, including any misuse described in Section 2.
